Steve Dolinsky of ABC’s “Hungry Hound” stopped by with his crew to film a segment on Lotus Cafe.  Steve tried out the Belly Classic, Sunnyside Beef, and Shrimp Spring Rolls.  We were pleasantly surprised by how much he enjoyed the spring rolls; he even described it as “one of the best Vietnamese spring rolls in Chicago!”  His initial visit to Lotus Cafe and and an  order of the Belly Classic Banh Mi and the Napa Ginger Chicken Salad was what prompted him to return and feature our show on his segment.  It was a pleasure to have Steve and his crew at our cafe!
